Workshop series on Citizen Science: “Citizen Science in schools”

mit:forschen! Gemeinsam Wissen schaffen invites you to a free series of training workshops from March 9 to 24, 2026, offering a practical introduction to citizen science and teaching key skills for developing and implementing participatory research projects.

The workshops are aimed at anyone who is new to citizen science and would like to carry out their own projects. Interactive sessions will introduce the basics, methods, and tools, as well as providing opportunities for discussion and networking.

This fourth module demonstrates how citizen science can be meaningfully integrated into school contexts. Practical examples, methods, and materials will be used to develop own project ideas for collaborations with schools.
