2 min read · 31. March 2023

The EU-Citizen.Science platform serves as a hub for European Citizen Science initiatives, providing resources, networking opportunities and community support. Interested parties can contribute to the development and improvement of the platform through their participation and ensure that it meets the needs of its users.

How can you participate?

Apart from time availability, prior knowledge of the platform is advisable.

  • Participatory selection of services: Which services and features should be prioritized for development? This process will take place in the last weeks of April and may take about 2 to 4 hours, spread over 1 to 2 days.
  • Co-design process of the selected services: How will the implementation of the selected services be designed? This phase will take place between May and June and will take about 2 to 6 hours, spread over 2 to 4 days.
  • Asynchronous participation: Time availability may be a barrier for some participants. In such cases, options for asynchronous participation will be explored using survey-like tools to gather all contributions.

The implementation of the developed services on the platform is planned for the end of July.

You can express your interest in participating in the two-step process OR the asynchronous process by completing the form by April 10, 2023: https://forms.gle/q3bnBiCMX8TPcaVZ8
