Online workshop "Stakeholder Engagement"

As part of the Horizon Europe Community Austria, the Ludwig Boltzmann Gesellschaft offers an interactive online workshop on "Stakeholder Engagement".

At the beginning, the OIS Center (Open Innovation in Science Center) will be introduced. After a short introduction to the topic, participants are invited to take part in one of four breakout sessions. These will highlight what is needed for successful stakeholder engagement - from identifying appropriate stakeholders to effective engagement and expectation management methods to impact analysis of stakeholder engagement activities.
